The Building/Property Fund was created in 1997 for the sole purpose of property purchase for a future high school site.  

As many of you know, the school already owns twenty acres of land on Quincy Avenue.  Approval from city authorities was sought to build on this property in 2000, but such permission was not given. The value of the property has more than doubled since its purchase in 1997 for $550,000. Since that time, the administration and board have actively pursued a variety of other property options, and the doors opened for us allowing us to purchase 20 acres on the corner of Monte Vista and Quincy Avenues. God is calling us to step forward in faith in building a new high school campus and we are responding. This has long been a dream of the board, staff, students and parents, going back a quarter of a century. Construction should begin in Summer, 2008, with the project being completed in "phases" to enable us to move as God brings funds to us and keep us from taking on long-term debt.

We believe God has given us this exciting opportunity.  Working together, we can lay the foundation for building a premium quality, broad-based, Christian education for youth in our community and surrounding areas for many years to come.
